Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting environments, including residential & commercial settings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint or other finishes to enhance the appearance and protection of structures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Restore and maintain surfaces by performing touch-ups and repairs as needed.
Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any potential issues.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in painting.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Proficiency in using power tools related to painting tasks.
Ability to build and restore surfaces as required for specific projects.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
